Okay, I don't love getting out of bed before the sun peeks out but there are so many other things that make winter.
I love....snuggling under the doona with a good book
a roaring fire
scarves
wearing boots
slow cooking
winter vegetables
crocheting and enjoying having my masterpiece over my knee
holidays in cold locations
oranges from our tree
Stay warm this weekend

ReplyDeleteI love the same things about winter and I am missing them here in the tropical warmth. Sometimes I wish for that roaring fire and snuggling.
